需要准备的东西及步骤非常简单：
1.挂耳包一包
2.150-160ml的饮用水（冷水即可）
3.可密封的容器
准备好就可以开始做冷萃咖啡：
步骤1:
撕开挂耳咖啡滤袋后，将咖啡粉倒入可密封的容器中(倒完咖啡粉的空滤袋请留着不要丢掉)。
步骤2:
倒入150-160ml的水到容器中(推荐用冷藏过的水)。
倒入的水量，根据挂耳咖啡的容量来计算，一般按照1:15的粉水比进行
步骤3:
搅拌均匀，让所有咖啡粉润湿，将容器上盖或密封后置入冰箱，冷藏12个小时
步骤4:
从冰箱拿出放了12小时的冰咖啡，准备好盛装容器及空滤袋。
步骤5:
将咖啡倒入滤袋中过滤
最后就可以享用一杯冰凉、浓郁却爽口的冷萃咖啡啰!
